Here is a list of additional Supporting Products/Parts we use on our Honda Conversion Builds:
Engine:
1992-2000, d15/d16 with Hydro Transmission.
OEM headgasket we always use. Cometic is nice to get the .018 headgasket to give more compression, but extremely hard to get for the past year.
Transmission:
Contact David Ruiz, parts@synchrotechtrans.com
C9600-425 type 2 w 3.72 final drive, mfactory lsd, carbon synchros

Computer / ECU:
P28 Hondata S300 V3 if its in your budget, otherwise a chipped P28 will do, just not as user friendly and easy to diagnose

SENSORS:
We buy a new TPS, MAP, IAT, IACV, and upstream 02 sensor. All earlier obd1 stuff to accommodate the obd1 standalone harness.
FUEL:
Fuel Tank:
MPI with MPI Pump assembly, the feed/return are 5/16". So we usually run 5/16" out of that with soft lines to 3/8" hard lines underneath with 6an couplers to 5/16" barb on rear. 6an on the front.
MPI pump is sufficient to run the D16, SPI pump is not. You can also run Walbo 190lph or 255lph if you want.
